We are growing in pursuit of our goal to share motorsport with more people as a participant activity. To do this, we need more talented and enthusiastic staff to join our team.

Venue Operations:
Roles mainly involve running events, taking bookings, and answering calls/emails. Candidates must be aged 18+ and have:
- A Customer-Centric Attitude:
- – A genuine desire to provide exceptional service to our customers.
- – Ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
- – Comfort/energy when talking in of front large groups of customers.
- Adaptability:
- – Willingness to work flexible hours.
- – Ability to adjust to changing event schedules and operational needs.
- – Willingness to learn new skills.
- Organizational Skills:
- – Strong multitasking abilities to manage event logistics, bookings, and administrative tasks.
- – Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records, schedules, and timesheets.
- Motorsport Enthusiasm:
- – Passion for motorsport and an understanding of its culture and community.
- Effective Communication:
- – GCSE Maths and English both at grade B or above.
- – Clear verbal, and written, communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and management.
- – Be comfortable handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
- – The ability to think on your feet and address unexpected situations.
- – Resourcefulness in finding solutions to challenges.
- – The ability to ask questions when faced with uncertainty.
- Technical Literacy:
- – Good IT skills, including Microsoft Windows usage and basic PC issue resolution.
- – Knowledge of basic Windows keyboard shortcuts and terminology.
- – Software Applications: Proficiency in using common software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- – Troubleshooting: The capability to diagnose and resolve basic PC issues, such as troubleshooting software errors, connectivity problems, or printer issues. This includes knowing how to restart devices, check network connections, and identify common error messages.
- – Security Awareness: Awareness of security best practices, including recognizing phishing emails, and avoiding suspicious downloads.
- Team Player:
- – Collaborative mindset to work effectively with other staff members.
- – Willingness to support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- – The ability to work independently, but also follow instructions from management.
- Nice-To-Haves (But Can Be Taught):
- – Knowledge of racing simulators such as rFactor 2 and Assetto Corsa.
- – Knowledge of how to use Mailchimp.
- – Knowledge of how to use WordPress.
