This May, we are heading to the site of the Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix as the Hungaroring is The Race Centre’s Hotlapping Track of the Month!
Stretching across a distance of 2.722 miles (4.381 km) and boasting 14 challenging turns, the Hungaroring Circuit is nestled near Budapest, Hungary.
Renowned for its demanding, Monaco-esque layout, the Hungaroring provides a thrilling spectacle for both drivers and fans alike. With its narrow track width and twisting design, every maneuver requires precision and driver finesse.
Since its debut on the Formula 1 calendar in 1986, the Hungarian Grand Prix has been a fixture at the Hungaroring and it has seen many championships crowned, both drivers and constructors.
Overall, the Hungaroring Circuit holds a special place in the world of motorsport, and promises to deliver an exciting challenge to hotlap this month!

What can you drive this month?
You are welcome to drive any of the month’s vehicles at any time in an Open Practice Session. All lap times and telemetry are recorded for your immediate viewing and future reference.
New drivers to The Race Centre will be automatically classified as Class D drivers. Winning in a class at the end of the month will gain you a promotion to the next class up.

Competition Terms and Conditions
All potential prize-winning laps must be verified by a TRC staff member.
For a lap to be legal, your vehicle must have two or more wheels inside or touching the white lines at all times.
Vehicles must be running all standard TRC settings for the month.
Multiple Class wins within a month will result in prizes for the highest win only. Lower “wins” will be passed to the next highest competitors.
TRC Staff are not eligible to win prizes. Any winning positions held by staff will defer to the next highest driver.
Free entry to First Monday is for the next event and is non-transferable.
In order to win Free First Monday entry in Class A, you must be within the top 10% of fastest lap time for the month.
Open Race Meeting voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date of postage.
